Be curious and explore - A practice for any level, encouraging you to be curious about how you are feeling and to explore what you need and and can do at the moment. Make sure you give yourself time at the end in savasana to allow the practice to be assimilated and to come to full relaxation. Be well and enjoy xxxx
Bed Yoga - This practice is all about connecting with your body before you get up and face the day. Sometimes this is the only physical practice I can manage but, really, what more do you need?
Compassion (Tonglen) Practice - This practice supports you to cultivate compassion first for yourself but then for others. It challenges both physically and mentally so please try it with an open mind (and open heart!).
